    My boss and I are doing your program together. I use to do strength (body for life program) and felt I needed to shake it up a bit. My concern is my arms as a female are fairly defined, I notice there is not much tricep work that is obvious and I am worried about those muscles not getting worked.

    Hey Lori,

    Are you referring to Fitter U Fitness?

    If so, your triceps will definitely be getting worked. Any exercise that involves straightening your arm will recruit the triceps. For instance, push-ups, presses, and a number of the tricep-specific exercises in the “Arm Sculpter 1″ workout.

    Remember that since most of the workout are based around movement-based exercises they will target all of your body’s muscles.
