Best Post-Workout Drink

juice_bar1I’ve talked about post-workout drinks in the past but you can never give people too many options for their post workout nutrition.

Plus, the other week, I received the following question:

“Hi Yuri. I write you about post workout shake/smoothie. I’ve been using the post-workout smoothie you’ve shown on the video (banana, peanut butter, etc) and i love it. But i’m looking for new ones, without supplements. When I search on the internet the only things that I find are shakes full of supplements and I don’t have any – don’t want any. Do you have any suggestions or website where I could find that ? I’m not looking to lose fat or weight.

Also, i m from Quebec so my english isn’t that good. I hope you understand.
