Rock Climbing for Fitness

I’ve climbed a few walls in my time. I love the sport and I wish I did more of it. Not necessarily because it gives me an amazing workout but because of the strategic challenge and “meditative”-like zone it forces you into.
Recently, one of my youtube channel subscribers asked me this question about climbing and fitness:
“What do you Think of climbing for fitness? Do you Think that just climbling will be enough for becoming fit? What is the best choice for complementing climbing?
Running? Pushup? Crossfit?
I’m a great fan of your work. I’m practicing some stuff that I saw on your channel.”
