Hi Yuri:
This video would have been more to the point if you didn’t feel like you had to keep talking to fill out a certain amount of time.
Your repetitions weren’t even on the critical points.

yes sir, this works – in a little over 6 weeks I have taken close to 2 minutes off my average 5k time. Plus, this is without all of the mileage I was putting in for the past year and a half. This type of training is way, way cool!!
