7 Days and Counting

launchThat’s right!  We’re just 7 days away from opening the doors to Fitter U Fitness.  It’s a been an anxious few weeks for many of you (us included) and I’m happy that the launch is just around the corner.

In case you don’t already know, Fitter U Fitness is the sequel to the original 12-week Fitter U program. However, unlike its predecessor, the new one will be an on-going training system.  So you could look at it like a membership site, if you will.

Each month, you’ll be getting new workouts that will take less time and produce far better results than you can imagine. The training methods are derived from athlete-type workouts that are “do-able” for anyone. I will say though that these new workouts are slightly more intense than the original Fitter U program.  If you are an absolute beginner, you may be best off starting with my original 12-week Fitter U program. 

But, if you’ve been working out for some time and want more fun, accountability, and motivation, then Fitter U Fitness is your ticket.

Wouldn’t you agree that you could achieve far better results if you had on-going coaching, motivation, accountability, and a proven training system to guide you?
