    Dear Yuri,
    Thanks for the invite to the Fitter than Ever contest but at this time I am working very hard on my exercising daily and my diet (the good for me foods diet).
    I have done alot of research in this field as well and I know it will take some time for me to get back to the weight I was 3 years ago.(140lbs-5’7″) Anyway, I have a home based internet business I’m constantly working on and it’s hard enough for me to do what I already do as far as my weight goes.
    However I hope that in the future I can devote more time to participating in contests but it’s just not accessible for me right now.
    I would like to try your Early Morning Fat Blaster 3 Workout and see how that goes. I know it’s really good to do a few exercises as soon as I step out of bed. Maybe yours will be suitable.
