Fat Burning Six Pack Workout

If you’ve followed my work for some time, you’ll know that I don’t believe that abdominal exercises are your ticket to burning belly fat and getting six pack abs.

Nope, not at all!

The main reason for this is that ab exercises like sit-ups and crunches have such little metabolic effect (ie. they don’t burn calories) because these movements are so small and don’t activate a lot of the bigger muscles in your body.

So here’s the deal…

If you want to burn fat and get a six pack, then you need to add intense workouts (like the one I’m about to show) into your routine. Keeping in mind that your diet needs to be spot on as well, but let’s just focus on what you need to burn calories.

Try this fat burning workout on for size and you’ll instantly understand what it takes to create ripped six pack abs – it’s not a walk in the park that’s for sure!
