Fitter U Fitness Testimonial

I just received this unsolicited Fitter U Fitness testimonial from one of our “team members” this morning and needed to share it with you.

“I’ve been a member of Fitter U Fitness since February 2009. I’d like to share with you some of my thoughts and achievements so far.

This has been the easiest fitness program to follow and most importantly, to stick to, that I’ve ever done.  It’s because you have all the information, the videos, the audio, the pictures and charts, right there on your iPod or computer ready to use at any time. 

Also the workouts are very time efficient, usually less than half an hour long. Being a busy working mum, I can easily find time to fit in a workout.  No excuses!  

I’ve done Pilates for 9 years and while it is core strengthening, as many of the Fitter U Fitness exercises are, since starting 6 months ago, I am much stronger now than when I was doing just Pilates.  I do up to six short workouts a week, plus regular walking.

All you really need are a few weights, a Fitball, other than that you improvise.  For the interval training you can run up stairs, out side, wherever.  The variety of exercises gives you a real total body ‘working over’ so you feel evenly strengthened and never bored.

In the workouts, I have adjusted some of the exercises to suit my own body, for example I still do push up from the knees and I substitute say, Side Bridges for exercises like Half Turkish Getups, which irritate my lower back.  

I used to suffer from knee pain, but since strengthening my thighs I no longer feel pain and I also bend over correctly now, in a squat, which helps protect my back, and all because my legs are stronger.  

I’ve lost the spare tire that had crept up around my middle over the past year or so.  I now feel toned and  am no longer self conscious about wearing tighter fitting clothes.

Having fitness buddies in the Locker Room Forum is also great.  

You can be thousands of miles apart, yet with other people doing the same exercises as you and listening to Yuri’s voice.  

You feel part of something positive and health-giving and you really feel the team spirit. The number of Fitter U Fitness members can and should grow to the millions, it’s such a worthwhile program.  It’s available online to anyone who wants to step up.  

You get new monthly workouts and schedules, audio files,  and videos to download and keep.  

For less than the cost of a weekly gym membership, you get a whole month’s worth of highly skilled, professional workouts and fitness and health advice, plus you get to work out with a really cool trainer.

It’s like Yuri’s there with you, with his inspiring little stories and tidbits of healthy information and best of all with his motivation.  You really can’t help but be inspired by him.  You also get his Mind Fitness and motivational talks with great ideas for a positive attitude and on claiming the power of your mind to push yourself.

The workouts are not easy, but they are do-able by most people.  You gradually develop strength through time and repetition. Often what seems to be an incredibly difficult exercise the first few times you do it, ends up being much much easier. I don’t use incredibly heavy weights, but I get a decent huff and puff and really feel the benefits, so I’m doing something right.

I earnestly recommend you go and have a look at this program and the website.  It’s full of valuable health information and motivation.
