Best Upper Body and Core Workout

I’ve digging back to April 2008 for one of the best upper body workouts I’ve ever put together.

What I like about this workout is that there are NO WEIGHTS NEEDED!

That’s right – nothing but good old bodyweight exercises to get a ripped upper body.

And don’t be fooled…

This is also an incredible core workout and will produce way better results than endless repetitions of sit-ups.
