So take 5-10 minutes each day to visualize how you want to look. But more importantly, focus on how you want to feel.
How will being slimmer and fitter make you feel? Focus on that!
TIP #2 – Eat in moderation
This isn’t rocket science but nonetheless is one of the most important and easy things that you can start doing immediately. According to recommendations from the American College of Sports Medicine, by simply reducing your portion sizes by 15-20% you will immediately be consuming 15-20% less calories!

Therefore, if you normally consume 2000 calories per day that would equate to 300-400 calories less per day. And since 1 lb of fat is equal to 3500 calories, it would take you roughly 7 days to lose 1 lb of fat! Pretty amazing!
TIP #3 – Move your body consistently
This is a MUST. You must move on a daily basis and the more the better. You want to be burning more calories than you are consuming. The result will be a loss in weight.
