Well, here it is. My top 5 fat loss exercises that are guaranteed to help you not only burn fat but substantially increase your strength and fitness level as well.

But let’s just remember one thing – an individual exercise will have nowhere near the fat burning effect as a properly designed training program in which the sum is greater than the individual parts!

Let’s count these fat loss exercises down in descending order a la David Letterman top 10 to keep you in suspense all the way to number one!

My Top 5 Fat Loss Exercises

#5 – Front squats

#4 – Pull-ups with Knee or Leg Lifts

#3 – Full Turkish Get Ups

#2 – Burpies (with weights)

#1  - Barbell Squat Presses

Notice how none of these are abdominal exercises? That’s because ab exercises don’t burn fat. They simply train your abdominal muscles – that’s it. 

If you want to lose fat (which we all should really) the name of the game is to train with FULL BODY EXERCISES that USE A LARGE AMOUNT OF MUSCLE. I’ve written about this subject so many times I feel I’m repeating myself but it’s a very important point, especially if you want great results in less time.
