Don’t like the gym? Would you rather some home workouts that you can do with little equipment and less time? Me too!

I don’t really like working out at the gym. I would much rather workout at home. Although I don’t workout for weight loss I help thousands of people who do.

With that said, I’ve posted several of my home workout videos (below that will help you lose weight and get fit in the comfort of your living room, bedroom, or anyone really in your house.

Most of them are bodyweight workouts while some require just a few dumbbells. As you can already tell, you don’t need much to make your house your new training facility. And you won’t have to pay those cumbersome gym fees!
