P90x vs. Fitter U Fitness – Which Should I Use?

by in Workouts

home workoutsOne question that some people often find themselves wondering is whether they should choose a more traditional ‘mainstream’ program over one that they find online such as Fitter U Fitness.  While both does have their pro’s, it’s important that you really do take a good look at everything that each has to offer so you can see the full picture of what’s at stake and how you can most benefit.

Those who rush into the more traditional fat burning workouts that come with ready-made programs are often highly disappointed, however this is rarely what you see in the media.  Instead, all the successful individuals are broad-casted making it seem as the program is one that will work for everyone.

Let’s take a look at these two fat burning workouts and what they offer.

Direct Support

The very first thing that you must always take into account is how much direct support you’ll get with either of the programs you decide to use.  For instance, with Fitter U Fitness you’re going to get help every step of the way.  Since all it takes is to go online to connect with others using the program, you’ll never be too far away from people to talk to.

When doing P90X though, or other related programs, sometimes support isn’t something that comes as readily.  Unless you have a close friend who is also very involved in the program, the chances are high that you’re going to reach a point where you require assistance and just can’t get it.

This can then really hold you back.

Customization

Second, the next very big thing to consider is the amount of customization you can get with Fitter U Fitness.  While P90x does offer plenty of variety within the program, the program is still set out as it is.

Unless you fully understand how to tweak various aspects of the program yourself, you’re going to find that you aren’t able to adapt it to your own needs and preferences.

This isn’t the case with Fitter U Fitness however.  Since it’s a program designed for you, everything you require will be accounted for.

Personal Preference

Finally, the last thing that you’ll definitely want to think about is your own personal preference. P90X does offer a wide range of activities, all of which are included in the program.

But, if you’re someone who really is passionate about just one or two types of exercise, you may want your entire program to consist of this.  That’s perfectly fine but you wouldn’t be able to do such a thing using P90X.  Since it is so integrated within various workouts, it gets difficult to just target one or two types.

So keep these points in mind when it comes to choosing your fat burning workouts. With the proper knowledge and understanding you’ll have no trouble making the best decision for you.
