Strength Training Circuit Workout
If you’re on the hunt for some fat burning workouts, one variation that you will want to keep in mind are strength training circuit workouts. This type of workout program is designed so that you’ll perform one exercise immediately after the next until you’ve completed a whole entire series of exercises that make up a cycle.

For each of the following exercises below aim to perform 10-12 reps of each movement. After each exercise is done move immediately to the next and continue to work your way through until all have been completed.
