Fast Six Pack Exercises
Looking for some fast six pack exercises? In order to really get a set of six pack abs you’ll want to focus on the exercises that will help you burn fat and get those abdominal muscles tensing.
The one thing that you should know about getting a six pack is that you will need to have some degree of muscle development. Those who have nicely defined abs and have spent some time building up the muscles will usually notice a greater rippling effect than those that don’t, so even though anyone can get a six pack, if it’s that ripped look you’re after, some muscle building in the abdominal region will be key.

Heavy Weighted Decline Crunches
The first of the fast six pack exercises that you should be doing if you want to see top level results are heavy weighted decline crunches. This exercise is going to really help you burn fat fast since you are working against such a high resistance and will be increasing the amount of calories that you use second by second.
Be sure when performing these heavy weighted decline sit-ups that you are thinking of only pulling up through the abdominal muscles however as that will help take the focus off the hip flexors which otherwise may come into play.
Cable Wood-Choppers
Second, the next of our fast six pack exercises are cable wood-choppers. These are great to perform with the cable pulley system since they will offer you constant resistance as you move through the entire range of motion.
The other nice thing about this movement is that it will also target the legs, the shoulders, as well as the back muscles as well, so you’ll get a full body workout all in one.
Be sure that you are performing it on both sides so that you don’t develop any muscle imbalances. If you have to start using a lighter weigh with this one, don’t get discouraged. Medicine Ball Sit-Ups
Finally, the last of our fast six pack exercises are going to be medicine ball sit-ups. For this exercise you’re simply going to get into a standard sit-up position but you’ll be holding a heavy medicine ball in both hands above your head.
As you bring yourself up through the crunch position you then bring the medicine ball up as well, keeping it held in the arms extended above your head.
Once you’re at the top of the movement, you can either pass the medicine ball off to a partner and have them throw it back to you or if you like you can just move right back down into the crunch position again.
Since the weight is at such a long lever above the body (in your hands) this really ups the overall intensity of this exercise and will help you burn fat and get a six pack faster.
